How people with disabilities are treated is a good way to measure how civilized a country is. The government on Monday announced a package of measures that promises to make the day-to-day lives of our disabled fellow citizens a little bit easier. It is a meaningful step that must, however, have the right follow-through, as there is still a lot to be done in this area.
