A total of 155 electric buses were unloaded by the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP) early on Saturday, delivered by China-based company Yutong.
Of these, 125 will be added to the fleet of OSY SA, the state corporation that handles thermal and electric buses in the Athens and Piraeus area and vicinity. The remaining 30 buses are to be delivered to Serbia.
Welcoming the delivery were Alternate Transportation Minister Konstantinos Kyranakis, Transport Secretary General Stelios Sakaretsios, OSY SA Chief Executive Stefanos Agiasoglou, and OLP Alternate CEO Angelos Karakostas.
