The state is obliged to ensure the conditions necessary for the proper conduct of a trial. However, the participants themselves cannot turn into “arsonists” of the process for the sake of spectacle. A courtroom is not a stage. All those involved – judges, as well as lawyers and their associations – share the responsibility of preventing excesses.
