Leading supermarket chain Sklavenitis will develop a two-story supermarket at the former Pitsos factory in Rentis, near Piraeus, also hosting food service and recreation areas on the first floor and a multistory office building with meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, a restaurant and a roof garden.
The total area amounts to 71,545 square meters. In the basement there will be warehouses and an area for electromechanical equipment, while the first floor is to house a playground.
Plans also include the creation of three outdoor parking lots. A total of 788 parking spaces are planned, of which 234 will be for staff.
