
A poll conducted by MRB for OPEN TV, published on Thursday, revealed that 8 out of 10 Greeks are dissatisfied with how the government has handled the Tempe case.
When asked about the government’s handling of the case, 14.5% of respondents said they were satisfied (“definitely yes / probably yes”), while an overwhelming 81.1% expressed dissatisfaction (“probably not / definitely not”).
Furthermore, when asked whether ” justice is doing everything it can to shed full light on the Tempe case,” only 16.8% of respondents answered “definitely yes / probably yes,” while 77.5% stated “probably not / definitely not.”
In terms of voting intentions, the gap between New Democracy and PASOK has narrowed to 8.4%.
According to the poll, the ruling New Democracy leads with 21%, followed by the socialist PASOK (12.4%), right-wing Greek Solution (7.2%), the Communist Party of Greece (7.1%), left-wing SYRIZA (6.3%), and the populist Plefsi Eleftherias (Course of Freedom) (5.6%).
