Wednesday sees the start of the submission of applications for the “My Home II” program, which will provide low-interest housing loans through banks.
The details for submitting applications will be on the official website of the Special Coordination Service of the Recovery Fund (greece20.gov.gr), on the websites of banks participating in the program, as well as on the official website of the Hellenic Development Bank (hdb.gr).
The total amount of ‘My Home II’ is 2 billion euros and will be available to 20,000 beneficiaries aged 25 to 50.
Beneficiaries will issue their certificate of eligibility through the Gov.gr state platform.
