A major project aimed at utilizing artificial intelligence to upgrade public administration services on Wednesday entered the phase of an electronic open international tender.
It is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Governance and aims to conclude a framework agreement for a project funded by the National Development Program 2021-2025, with a total budget of 25 million euros.
Aiming to increase the efficiency of a large swath of public sector services and continuously improve the experience of citizens, the scope of the Ministry of Digital Governance’s project is the provision of analysis, design and implementation services of artificial intelligence applications and solutions to both the ministry and other public entities.
It is anticipated that a series of public administration functions, procedures and interactions will be digitized, automated, and will acquire improved functionality.
