The president of the Athens Professional Chamber, Giannis Hatzitheodosiou, told state broadcaster ERT on Tuesday that the big issue in 2025 will be housing, including commercial real estate, whose leases are expiring.
He also referred to consumer interest in the market during the festive season, noting that while activity in small and medium-sized enterprises is going down, the other two retail channels – i.e. online stores and major retailers – are growing.
