According to public broadcaster ERT, the boy was discovered injured on the street by his aunt near the Nea Zoi area in Aspropyrgos.
After arriving at Thriasio Hospital, he was immediately taken into surgery and his condition is described as serious.
The police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
