SYRIZA MP Sokratis Famellos is leading the left-wing party’s leadership voting and could clnch victory in the first round.
With 75% of voting precincts reporting, Famellos was leading his main rival, MP Pavlos Polakis 49.60% to 43.31%. The other two candidates, MP Nikolas Farantouris and actor and former mayor of Stylida Apostolos Gletsos are far behind, with 5.20% and 1.90%, respectively.
