A 16-year-old was arrested for revenge porn and possession of child pornography on Wednesday.
According to the police, the teenager had been distributing edited pictures of 11 underage girls since last August. Additionally, a child pornography video was discovered during a search of his phone.
The police investigation began following a report to the “10201” hotline, alleging that the 16-year-old was editing photos of girls he found on social media to create pornographic material, which he then distributed to his peers.
He appeared before a prosecutor, while the police also arrested his father for neglect of supervision.
