The owners of a mansion overlooking the Acropolis in Athens have denied authorizing the sale of the property, following a report in Kathimerini earlier on Wednesday about the listing.
The family of the late Elias Barbalias, founder of Elias Barbalias – Special Buildings Constructions & Real Estate Development, informed the newspaper that they are considering legal action against the real estate agencies that listed the property for sale at €300 million.
The advertisement had been posted on well-known websites in Greece and abroad, including JamesEdition and the Metro One Real Estate site. However, the listing has since been taken down.
