Lamda Development has received income of a total of 140 million euros from the sales of properties in its portfolio in order to finance the investment in the area of the former Athens airport at Elliniko, the listed company announced on Wednesday.
The most recent move concerns the sale, for €36 million, of land totaling 2.7 square kilometers (1.4 sq.km. is non-buildable, comprising green/common areas, plots etc) in Serbia.
Of the €36 million, an amount of €6.8 million will be paid for the full repayment of the loan of the company that owns the area.
It was preceded last March by another sale in Serbia, of a plot of 469,000 square meters, at a price of €15.2 million.
