Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet with President Katerina Sakellaropoulou on Wednesday at the Presidential Palace in Athens for their regular monthly briefing, where the prime minister updates the largely ceremonial president.

Recent reports suggest that the prime minister is likely to nominate a political figure who can secure the consensus of socialist PASOK, the main opposition party, while also ensuring the internal unity of his governing conservative New Democracy party.
