The increases in this category of contracts are calculated according to the health index that is compiled every year by the Foundation for Economic &amp; Industrial Research (IOBE) and essentially reflects inflation in health compensation.<\/p>\n<p>For 2023, the index stood at 14.6% from 14% in 2022. In 2021, however, it was at 5.7%, in 2020 at 1.4%, in 2019 at 10.9% and in 2018 at 6.6%, adding up to huge increases in old contracts.
