Passenger traffic hit a record 31.85 million (+13.1%), surpassing many major European airports.<\/p>\n<p>To fund expansion, AIA will raise up to \u20ac240M, including a \u20ac100M Scrip Dividend program allowing shareholders to reinvest dividends in shares. Major shareholders, including AviAlliance (50%) and the Greek state (25.5%), are expected to participate.<\/p>\n<p>The airport\u2019s commercial operations saw high demand, with a 99% occupancy rate across 157 retail, dining, and service stores.
