The Minister of Civil Protection has announced the creation of an emergency evacuation port in Santorini, in collaboration with the Armed Forces, to ensure a safe evacuation route if ever needed,\u201d Mitsotakis said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the same time, in addition to the support measures for businesses and workers that we announced last week for our island residents, the Ministry of the Interior is proceeding with an emergency grant of 850,000 euros to the municipalities of Thira, Amorgos, Anafi, and Ios to cover their immediate needs following the disruption caused by the earthquakes,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Mitsotakis also stated that over the past days, the number of tremors appears to have decreased.
