According to reports, the head of Interstar\u2019s technical department stated in an affidavit that on February 7, his manager instructed him to locate videos related to the Tempi accident, which had allegedly been deleted during their transfer to a USB stick.<\/p>\n
The employee testified that on February 8, at 3 a.m., after returning from external work, he accessed the company\u2019s server\u2014where only he and his manager had permissions\u2014and retrieved the videos from the recycling bin. He explained that he restored the files, which is why the system recorded the creation date as February 8, 2025. The recovered files were stored in a folder labeled \u201cKEK Rapsani.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know why it was so urgent to restore the files on Saturday morning,\u201d the employee remarked in his testimony.<\/p>\n
