New fines target high-speed violations, mobile phone use while driving, and improper parking. Riding over 35 km\/h \u2013 exceeding the 25 km\/h limit \u2013 will incur a \u20ac150 fine for riders and \u20ac350 for those allowing scooters to operate at unsafe speeds.<\/p>\n<p>The new traffic code will categorize violations based on their severity, with penalties ranging from \u20ac30 for low-risk offenses to \u20ac350 for more dangerous infractions, like using mobile phones or headphones while riding.<\/p>\n<p>Parking violations, including blocking disability access ramps, will result in fines up to \u20ac150.
