The warship, which was initially spotted between the islands of Amorgos and Patmos, is now south of Tilos, heading towards Rhodes, according to reports. It has remained exclusively in international waters and did not approach Santorini.<\/p>\n<p>This comes after a meeting last week by Turkey\u2019s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) concerning seismic activity originating near Santorini. Turkish media have reported on Turkey\u2019s interest in contributing to seismic research in the Aegean, with some suggesting the possible deployment of research vessels to the area, including near Santorini.<\/p>\n<p>Two Greek research vessels, one oceanographic and the other conducting seismic studies, are also operating in the area.
