Key features include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Greece\u2019s first skyscraper:<\/strong> The Riviera Tower, a 50-story, fully sold-out luxury residential building, boasts being the tallest \u201cgreen\u201d seaside skyscraper in the Mediterranean, offering panoramic views of the Athens Riviera, the Acropolis, and Sounio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A sprawling sports park:<\/strong> Designed to attract world-class athletes, the park will provide extensive recreational opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Ellinikon Mall:<\/strong> A 100,000 square meter shopping and entertainment complex with 30,000 square meters dedicated to green spaces, promising a unique blend of retail, leisure, and work environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Luxury residential areas:<\/strong> \u201cLittle Athens,\u201d a collection of five luxury residential complexes featuring homes with up to five bedrooms, is the next phase of development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2024, with the entire project slated for completion by 2037. Lamda Development CEO Odysseus Athanassiou estimates the project will create 80,000 jobs.
