Police recovered seven bullet casings from the scene and seized a hunting rifle believed to have been used in the attack. Authorities said that the firearm had been reported stolen in 1999 from a house in Chrysoupoli, a town in the Kavala regional unit.<\/p>\n<p>A case file has been prepared against the suspects for attempted homicide, firearm law violations, and theft.
