The completed 3.5-kilometer cycle path along the waterfront will soon be complemented by an additional 2.5 kilometers of connecting routes.<\/h2>\n<p>Mayor George Papanikolaou highlighted the significant changes, stating, &#8220;The 3.5-kilometer horizontal route along Glyfada\u2019s coastline is finished, with progress underway on 2.5 kilometers of vertical paths right beside the water. These improvements include pedestrian and cycle paths, newly planted trees, and green spaces. In the near future, open sports fields and children\u2019s play areas will also be introduced.
