The case centres on documents released by the US Department of Justice concerning Epstein.<\/p>\n<p>The UK judiciary announced on Tuesday that a hearing will take place on Thursday following Mountbatten-Windsor\u2019s request for a judge to examine the legality of the search warrants that preceded his arrest in February.<\/p>\n<p>Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested over allegations that he leaked government documents to Epstein, who was found dead in his prison cell several years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The legal proceedings concern the lawfulness of the police investigation and warrants.
