The Single-Member Court of First Instance in Rhodes issued the decision on January 15, 2025, awarding the compensation to Eleni\u2019s family.<\/p>\n<p>This decision marks a significant step in providing some form of justice for the Topaloudi family, who had sought damages through a civil lawsuit. The family\u2019s case highlighted the violent nature of the crime, the perpetrators&#8217; deceitful and methodical actions, and their efforts to conceal the truth.
