The agreement was achieved at the Presidential Palace, resolving prior disagreements and setting the stage for implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Cyprus Transport Minister Alexis Vafeades announced that the agreement will circumvent lengthy bidding processes for experts, significantly reducing delays.<\/p>\n<p>The study, focusing on the port, marina and surrounding land, is expected to be completed within six months.
