Work began in May 2025 after administrative delays. Payments stopped in November, prompting a work suspension in February over unpaid dues of about \u20ac1.2 million. Funding resumed in March, and the project has reached roughly 48% completion.<\/p>\n<p>Next week, a high-pressure gas pipeline under the bridge will be shut down to allow construction of supports. Completion is expected by July, following a brief extension.
