The drop in oil rates has also helped improve the morale of investors at Athinon Avenue, after the Easter holidays. There was considerable growth for bank stocks as well as for the daily turnover, both highlighting the inflow of fresh money.<\/p>\n<p>The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) general index closed at 2,284.40 points, adding 2.64% to Thursday\u2019s 2,225.74 points.
