The case had already been postponed twice last month due to the judge\u2019s illness.<\/p>\n<p>The development was announced as hearings resumed on Thursday, following tensions sparked by claims from lawyer for victims\u2019 families and Zoe Konstantopoulou, leader of the Course of Freedom, who questioned the judge\u2019s actions and alleged attempts to limit relatives\u2019 access to evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The judge told the court she intended to withdraw after receiving multiple \u201cinsults.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The trial focuses on the handling of video recordings from the commercial train, including missing footage from the Thessaloniki freight station and overwritten hard-drive data after the crash.
