National Economy and Finance Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis has described the new tax bill currently being debated in Parliament as “a very important modernization initiative that creates legal certainty and greater trust between the state and businesses.”
“It is a multifaceted bill that incorporates important European directives, modernizes the operation of the tax administration, corrects injustices and distortions, and reduces unfair administrative burdens. At the same time, it promotes measures with a strong growth and social impact,” Pierrakakis said.
