Police in Thessaloniki have arrested a 20-year-old man who had been throwing objects from his third-floor apartment onto the street below.
Officers, with the assistance of firefights and a locksmith, gained entry to the apartment and detained the man.
Neighbors said that the man has persistently sought to speak to a psychologist.
During the incident, the man threw a table with chairs, a bottle of milk and other objects, without any injuries being reported.
