The Istanbul-Athens air connection with daily flights, as well as the strengthening of tourist flows from Turkey to the Greek capital and, by extension, to Greece as a whole, were the focus of an event organized by the Greek National Tourism Organization in Turkey last week, in cooperation with SKY Express’ representative in the Turkish market, Aviareps.
The event took place at the Sismanoglio mansion in Istanbul, showcasing the modern travel experiences offered through the air connection from Athens to destinations across Greece. Consul General of Greece in Istanbul, Konstantinos Koutras, emphasized the city’s long-standing role as a cultural hub and meeting point.
