A man has been arrested for allegedly running a small urban marijuana plantation in a rented Thessaloniki apartment, authorities said Thursday.
A police statement said the 47-year-old suspect was found to be hydroponically growing 40 cannabis plants indoors in an eastern Thessaloniki flat.
He was taken into custody late Wednesday by police who confiscated the plants as well as growing lamps, ventilation equipment, grow tents and precision scales.
