The case centers around unresolved loans totaling over $800,000 and disagreements over the division of proceeds from their company’s sale. The fallout between the two, who began their company Love D & V XOXO in 2010, came to a head following Vicki’s push to sell the business in early 2023.

Justice Scott Nixon heard claims of a deteriorating relationship, with Danielle alleging past verbal abuse, and Vicki revealing that Danielle is now romantically involved with her ex-husband.

The court battle reveals the complexities of their business dealings and personal clashes. Danielle seeks to recover a $170,000 loan given to Vicki for a divorce settlement, which remains unpaid. Meanwhile, Vicki contends that she is owed $645,000 from an oral home loan agreement, which Danielle asserts has been more than repaid.

Disputes also continue over company-related financial matters, with a court-appointed receiver handling assets worth $7 million.

Additional claims include disagreements on expenses for trade shows, unpaid annual leave, and costs for accommodation services in Los Angeles. The proceedings continue as the court examines these intricate financial and personal entanglements, with no clear resolution in sight.
