In a unanimous decision on Tuesday, Greece’s professional soccer committee, the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO), voted to bring back the Super Cup.
Traditionally held as a curtain-raiser before each new season, the Super Cup, which pits the league champion against the cup winner, was last played on October 31, 2007, when Olympiacos hosted Larissa on its home ground in Piraeus.
