German supermodel Heidi Klum made a striking appearance at Vogue World Milano wearing a dramatic couture gown by acclaimed Greek designer Celia Kritharioti.
Klum stepped onto the Milan fashion scene in a black lace gown from Kritharioti’s Fall/Winter 2026 to 2027 Haute Couture collection, combining sheer mesh, intricate floral lace appliqués and vertical detailing.
The floor length creation was deliberately transparent, with Klum wearing black underwear beneath the gown. The design created a dramatic illusion effect while placing the craftsmanship of the Greek fashion house at the centre of the look.
According to Vogue, the gown was constructed without a traditional shaping corset, allowing the fabric to fall naturally around Klum’s figure.
Klum said the absence of restrictive underpinnings was part of what appealed to her about the design, explaining that it made her feel like “just Heidi”.
The model completed the look with pear shaped diamond earrings, several rings and a statement cocktail ring. Black patent leather stiletto mules and black cat eye sunglasses added to the old Hollywood inspired styling.
Her beauty look featured soft, voluminous blonde waves with a centre part, complemented by dramatic black eyeliner, shimmering silver eyeshadow, peach toned blush and glossy nude pink lips.
Before attending Vogue World Milano, Klum also shared behind the scenes moments from her preparations with her followers on social media.
She later posed in front of Milan’s iconic Duomo before making her appearance at the fashion event.
For Kritharioti, the appearance added another high profile international moment for a designer whose couture creations have increasingly appeared on major red carpets and fashion stages around the world.
The Greek designer’s latest collection combines traditional couture craftsmanship with contemporary silhouettes, with Klum’s appearance showcasing one of its most daring creations.
Klum also tagged Kritharioti in her social media post from the event, adding a heart emoji alongside images of the evening.
