The European Union and NATO have agreed on a €100 billion infrastructure project that would lay the foundations for a “military Schengen” zone to speed troop and equipment movements across Europe, Transport and Tourism Commissioner Apostolos Tzitzikostas told a conference in Athens on Thursday.
