The lack of specialized technical personnel is one of the biggest problems facing Greek businesses.
The new Technical Academy by the Federation of Hellenic Enterprises (SEV) aims to fill this gap. Its programs cover a wide range of high-demand specialties, such as industrial electrical engineering, energy and natural gas, welding, metallurgy, maintenance of electromechanical equipment, nondestructive testing, logistics, IT and quality management.
At the same time, the academy intends to invest in new areas, such as robotics, cybersecurity of industrial systems and the use of artificial intelligence in production.
