Police in the Greater Athens region have broken a drugs ring, arresting three people, and confiscated more than 15 kilograms of marijuana, as well as cocaine and cash, authorities said Monday.
Two of the suspects were arrested Saturday afternoon following a tip-off, and the third several hours later. Police seized 15.3 kgr of marijuana, more than 130 grams of cocaine, about €21,000 in cash and two pairs of precision scales.
The confiscated drugs had a street value of nearly €80,000, a police statement said.
