Piraeus-based Pollatos Company will make its Posidonia debut this June, bringing more than seven decades of industrial brush manufacturing expertise to the international maritime community.
Founded in 1950, the family-owned company designs and produces technical and industrial brushes and sweepers, supplying specialized solutions for demanding maintenance and cleaning applications across multiple industries, including shipping.
At Posidonia 2026, on June 1-5, Pollatos will present advanced brush technologies developed for marine use, including specialised round brushes for acrylic ship paints and nylon-bristled brushes for sensitive equipment cleaning.
The company is also focusing on applications linked to underwater hull cleaning, a rapidly growing sector supporting fuel efficiency and emissions reduction through cleaner, more hydrodynamic hulls.
